At Zion Labs, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read our policy below.
Damaged or Defective Products — Free Exchange
If your product arrives damaged or defective, we will replace it free of charge — no return shipping costs, no hassle. Simply contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the damage, and we will ship a replacement right away.
Returns (30 Days)
If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any other reason, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, provided the product is unused and in its original packaging.

- Return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility unless the product arrived damaged or defective.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of receiving the returned item.
Non-Returnable Items
Products that have been used, modified, or damaged due to misuse are not eligible for return or exchange.
